Repeated System freeze, first time BSOD associated with it.

So in short, bought computer new from Dell in 2009-2010. Been freezing since day one. When froze can only be restarted though a hard reset.

Dell unable to help. Had it physically checked, didn't help.

At worst it froze once everyday. After me fiddling 'round with settings in BIOS, got it down to it 'usually' freezing once a month.(Usually through me fiddling with power settings)

When it freezes seems to have 'some' pattern. It has NEVER frozen when playing any computer game. The highest freezing correspondence seems to be while watching videos/movies on-line, YouTube especially. Un-installed Flash players, still froze.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So...no BSOD associated with freezing event. But had two BSOD's in the last month. Both BSOD's occurred while watching YouTube as per usual. Of course, the BSOD could be associated with something I have done while trying to fix the problem that's been there for years.

Attached are the things requested in the 'BSOD - Posting Instructions' thread -

    Also - Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x64
    - the original installed OS on the system? - No.
    - an OEM or full retail version? - Full retail

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? - Bought in late 2009.
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - Installed Windows 7 in 2010.(I think)

Killer NIC is disabled - is this deliberate? If so, why?
It's better to uninstall the drivers and physically remove the NIC from the system - that way there are no conflicts or hardware problems.

Bluetooth device is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
It's better to uninstall the software and remove this device from the system also.

PCTools Data Store has issues. Please uninstall this program.

Please provide this information in your next post:
    - Go to Start and type in "msinfo32" and press Enter
    - When the utility opens, save a copy of it as an .nfo file, and another copy as a .txt file
    - Zip them up and upload them to your next post
One of the BSOD's blames PCTools. As before, please uninstall this application.

BlueTooth drivers date from 2007. Enable the BlueTooth device and either update the drivers or uninstall the device and physically remove it from the system.

Creative audio drivers date from 2008 - please update them.

RealTek High Definition Audio drivers date from 2008 - please update them.

Further info on BSOD error messages available at: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs:
3RD PARTY DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
    - Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
    - Please either update the older drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
    - DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
    - Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
    - Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers.
