i did recently get a new motherboard as the other one packed in computer just wouldnt work or anything turned out to be the mother board i brought the same one so it was like for like.. brought it off ebay from a guy that sells loads of motherboards.. but seeing as the my old motherboard stopped working could it of affected the ram? or could it be that the one iv brought has a fault with the graphics hardware?

Have you replaced the video drivers as I asked earlier?
If so, and it's still BSOD'ing - then start with ALL of the free diagnostics here: Hardware Diags

Just more info for u thanks

Hadn't had any blue error screens for little while was watching more tv shows before I started watching them I unplagged the netgear device after finishing watching the tv shows I plugged the netgear device back in then was on the net and I started utorrent to download then I got a bsod

I also have run the gpu stress test it didn't show any temperature but I let it run like ur link said first time It froze after a few mins can't remember exactly think was about 5mins I couldn't stop it or close so had to turn it off my the power button.. Second test I got a bsod few mins in was less than 5mins so... I'm running another now without the netgear device plugged in just to see what happens

Memory errors usually mean bad RAM. Test each stick individually.
When you find a stick that's good, test it in each of the slots (to test if the slots are good).
