Keep getting random BSOD ntoskrnle.exe, hal.dll, and Ntfs.sys errors

I keep getting random BSOD on my pc. I have reinstalled the OS to fix the errors but keep getting the errors at random times (ie, playing games, pulling the comp out of sleep mode, and browsing the net). I am new to the whole posting on this site so if I make any errors of can provide any more information please let me know.

The drivers for your gaming keyboard (possibly steelseries) is horribly outdated and more than likely running in compatibility mode. I would attempt to update that driver immediately.

Code:

*******************************************************************************

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8000315eac2, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff88007bd5998, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff88007bd51f0, Context Record Address

Thanks Maguscreed. I checked for an update and you were right. I have now updated the drivers for my ZBoard and now have the latest version. I will wait and see if it helps with the BSOD errors that I have been getting.

well I have no doubt that driver was causing problems. As to whether or not it's the only source of this I can't say just yet either.

okay well I'm still seeing what I was seeing before with that driver.

Code:
fffff880`05653000 fffff880`0565ff00 Alpham164 Alpham164.sys Mon Jul 23 02:57:03 2007 (46A45F4F)

that's the important bit from the huge code snippet above.
Those drivers are dated 07, it's pretty simple anything before late 08 isn't native win 7.
