its a folder created by me on that hardisk... i dont know if somebody moves it somewhere else but its quite strange that its not there as if i never created it... but as far as im concern.. thats the only folder i notice is missing... and another problem... while im backuping... when its almost end... there are some errors some files cannot be copied... i just skip it... but when i check what im copying to other pc... the picture that im supposely skipped due to unreadable is there.... so i assume the error is not the original file but another... but i still dont understand... *sigh* ..

at the moment im downloading and installing it... will see how it goes... at the moment due to the COM Surrogate.. its hard to enter some folders... it crashes... my god what is wrong here... is it true that NEro causing this??

The folder you are missing may be there but hidden/hidden and a system file for some reason. Attributes sometimes get added through some unknown process in Windows. Files that cannot be copied/moved are files that are currently in use, and they should not be files that are important anyway. In other words, they should be system files and not user files.

Which disk do you want to test. Disks that are in the computer, or external disks?

Where was the folder originally located? Can you open an Elevated Command Prompt and change directory to that folder?
    cd C:\folder1\folder2\folder3\etc
based on the directory structure and the location of the folder originally.

Run the diagnostics on the first two disks to scan the disks in your computer.

Start with SMART. I usually just go down the list to check mine.

Do the following in an Elevated Command Prompt
    D:
    dir /a
    is the missing folder listed?

The folder may still be there. There are a couple reasons it may not be visible:
    1. The attributes somehow were changed and it is hidden and a system file.
    2. The disk has corrupt sectors where the folder exists, and so the folder is not able to be accessed to display or open.
