i just dont understand why it dont work out of the box?

oh yeah the only apps that run on the taskbar is utorrent and avg so if that helps

Could be a number of reasons.

You have 6 high performance ram sticks. They might need just a little more juice to run stable.

I'm not saying it is the issue, but you could try it out.
Don't go further than +0.3 though.

ok well see what happens i set my ai profile to xmp setting

i went way up my ram voltage when i set my ai settings in bios to xmp setting
it made the ram voltage from 1.2 to 1.5 volts lol
