Samsung mobile device is having issues. Uninstall the software and remove the device from your system.
uGuru stuff is also having problems, uninstall it.

The number of different BSOD's specified in the WER section of MSINFO32 is suggestive of a hardware problem. They go back as far as April of 2011. Have you changed/removed any hardware since then? There are 29 memory dumps over that period (8 in 2012) Lot's of memory stuff, with a smattering of video stuff also. I'd suggest running ALL of the free diagnostics from here: Hardware Diags Also, please summarize the results of the tests that you've run so far. In particular, did you run the Small FFT's and Large FFT's in Prime95 - and what were the results?

This BSOD was a STOP 0x109 - which is different from the others. More info on it here: BSOD Index - STOP 0x109
Because of the history of differing BSOD's, the lack of any significant factors in the current BSOD (older drivers, drivers with known problems, etc), and the suggestion of memory issues in the previous BSODs along with the description of the STOP 0x109 error - I would have to suspect memory issues.

Since you've run Prime95 (I presume that it passed), that tends to rule out problems with your RAM, CPU, and mobo. Then next most likely suspect is the memory on the video card (and there was a slight indication of video issues in the memory dumps). Make sure that you run all of the video tests (there's 5 of them) in the link that I provided above.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

sorry i totally forgot to give you those results, the prime95 blend test ran for around 36-38 hours cause i wasnt home to turn it off and it came back with every test passed. the Small FFT's and Large FFT's were run for a few hours each and both came back passed as well.
as for video i had evga replace my gtx460 some weeks back when we started dealing with all these problems, then 2 weeks ago i replaced my 460 with a gtx 560 Ti. almost every crash i was getting seemed to be caused by different games. i blame the games cause when id either be in the game or loading in the screen would flash or lock up and then seconds later blue screen. i find it very hard to believe that the new 460 i put in had bad ram or that this new 560 has bad ram. the possibility of that happening is far to small for that to even be a factor.

I removed the USB drivers for the samsung device but that blows my mind that the hundreds of thousands of other people use these drivers daily but it wont work for me one bit. Also you had me take care of the uguru stuff over two weeks ago. the only uguru file on my computer atm is the uguru.sys file that i renamed uguru.BAD as you directed me to. there are no programs that can be uninstalled for uguru unless there is a way to remove it entirely that i do not know about.

Ok so i just ran FurMark but there was something that kinda confused me with the directions on that page. "Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first)." At what point do i know whats my GPU's max temp? I ran furmark for 16minutes and it got no higher than 84-85degrees and sat there at as a constant for 12 minutes or so. GPU Load was at 99percent with 13percent load on memory. in that time I did not see any video tearing or artifacts so im not sure if im suppose to run this until it breaks my gpu or what. Ran the Nvidia VTM test and it passed, also passed the memtest CL and G80 tests. so my video card passed 4 of the 5 tests and on that link he states that 2 of those 5 tests should only be needed.

as for that final test im not comfortable doing it. "3. Another interesting test that came to my attention: http://www.ocbase.com/perestroika_en/index.php?Download
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - the program doesn't have a whole bunch of safety features to protect you from yourself!" seems he didnt really use this test someone just pointed it out to him and he gives no info on any of these tests other than furmark. Im not asking for hand holding but im not going to run programs i know nothingn about to have them distroy my new video card cause i wasnt sure what i was doing.

That is my website and I've seen each of the tests in operation. They've also been recommended to me by people whose opinions I trust.

As for the Furmark test - either the temps will level out, or the system will start having problems. Also, if you notice, I recommend that you monitor the temp if it exceeds 90 and that you shut it off if it goes over 100.

The key here is that you have to watch the test - not leave it alone.
For example, if you weren't home when running Prime95 - what would have happened if the RAM had overheated and caused a fire?

This is your system and you can do what you'd like with it.
Good luck to you.

no need for the snarky comment man, ive done everything youve asked of me in hopes that it solves my issues. Im greatful for all your help as ive stated this numerous times. I ran 4 of the 5 tests and all four have passed with no errors. the furmark test did level out like you said. it sat a mainly 84 degrees and occasionally went to 85 then back down to 84. from running the four of those test i can clearly see there is nothing wrong with this new graphics card but i will do whatever else it is you would suggest i do. im beginning to think that my top mount usb ports are faulty and that is causing alot of these issues but im not certain

For the uGuru stuff, check in Device Manager.
Select the "View" menu item, then "Select hidden devices"
Then in the Non-Plug and Play devices section or the Other devices section - search for the uGuru device (this is a guess, it could be almost anywhere in Device Manager).
When you find it, right click on it and select "Uninstall"
Removing the uGuru stuff is critical. If you can't find it, post back and we'll suggest some other tools (like this free utility: New Device Manager utility from NirSoft ) to see if we can locate the device and uninstall it.

Why do you suspect your top mount USB ports? Often we find that it's the hunches that the owner has that solve these problems. FYI - in most cases the front/top mount ports have one cable that attaches to the mobo. If you can locate this, it's easy to unplug and test for further BSOD's. Be sure to unplug the system from the wall and hold the metal of the case while removing the cables (to prevent damage from static discharge).

The drivers for your Razer device have shown up in the last several memory dumps. While this isn't evidence that they are causing problems, we have seen issues with them in the past (using older drivers than yours, or with hardware problems). So I'd keep that in mind while troubleshooting.

The memory dumps suggest a hardware problem. The Windows systems that are most affected are video - but that's not the only possibility (since video impacts nearly everything that's done on the system).

With the exception of the uGuru stuff mentioned above, the system is (as far as we can tell) clean of trouble causing 3rd party software. So, that leaves us with either a hardware problem or a Windows problem. Any BSOD's after removing the uGuru stuff will confirm this.

Windows is the least likely cause of the BSOD's. And, because of the number of different BSOD error codes and causes - it's much more likely that this is a hardware problem (again, excepting the uGuru stuff).

The first thing would be (IMO) disconnecting the top mount USB ports - to see if that stops the BSOD's
Then, you can run the rest of the diagnostics on this page: Hardware Diags
Then you can try this procedure to rule out a lot of the hardware: Hardware Troubleshooting Via System Stripdown

The reason for blaming those usb ports is they are the only 2 ports that are in constant use. one plug normally has my phone charger cable in it and the other my apple charger/sync cable. and from time to time i remove those cables and plug in USB thumb drives and yes one of these same plus was used for the xbox controller. I will most definitely unplug the top usb's as im familiar with doing so cause i put this system together. yesterday when u had me run the GPU tests i finished them and was moving on to the last part of that page which was Intelฎ Processor Diagnostic Tool (64-bit). when i tried installing that it error-ed out saying:
Please resolve the following:

A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine.

Then the only option on the screen was to close out of the install so im not sure what to do about that at this point. I found uGuru in device manager and uninstalled it i also uninstalled the xbox device and will now proceed to shutting down the computer and disconnecting the USB ports and await further instructions from you. thanks again
