The memory dump blames the kernel (core) of the OS. If it actually was the kernel that was at fault, you'd have many more problems other than the occasional BSOD.

To see if you can reveal the exact cause, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

The less that you change, the easier it's going to be to put the blame on something.
I'd stay with the Microsoft mouse for the time being.

ok i ask because it was fine with the microsoft mouse for a couple days, the dumps i posted happened after i re-plugged in the logitech mouse so to find blame i just assumed keep the mouse in that may have triggered the problem

Good logic, but I work it a bit differently. We make the system stable first - then we add stuff back (one at a time) to see what causes the BSOD's.

Ok so its been a good week and last weekend, sunday to be exact, my friend came over and we decided to completely clean the harddrive and reinstall windows 7. I started by not loading up my mouse or keyboard and just stuck with the microsoft kybrd and mouse, then by wed. i decided to load just my logitech mouse. no problems at all after that. so jump forward to today, i went ahead and plugged in the xbox controller and let windows update and install the drivers but didnt get to try it out cause i had to reinstall steam and then redownload batman. well 20mins ago i walked away from the computer and when i came back it was on the login screen, i logged in and was greeted by the windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down and said it was bluescreen related. so heres the dmp file for this bsod. hope you can pinpoint what caused it. Also every time i added a new usb device i made a restore point before installing so i could revert back if need be.

BSOD analysis (at the user level) isn't an exact science. As such we rely on our experiences to see what's the most likely issue.

IMO the USB XBox Controllers are the most likely cause here. This is based on 3 things:
    - previous issues on other systems with this device
    - the 2009 driver date (as I recall, there isn't a newer version)
    - your description of when the errors started occurring.

So, remove the XBox Controller, uninstall it's software, and then revert to the previous System Restore point
Test the system to see if that has fixed the error for you.

If you're interested in further experimentation, I'd have to wonder if there were "difficulties" between the Logitech stuff and the XBox stuff. To test that:
    - uninstall the Logitech stuff
    - revert to the System Restore point prior to that installation (so you have no XBox stuff and no Logitech stuff)
    - set another Restore Point
    - install the XBox Controller (and DON'T install the Logitech stuff)
    - see if the BSOD's return.
Finally, FWIW, I'd suggest running Driver Verifier after each change. This is to see if it'll force the OS to give up faulting driver's name for the BSOD. Here's the instructions on how to use it: Driver Verifier Settings
