These are all blamed on netio.sys. The actual cause is running two malware apps at the same time.

If I were you I would remove them both and install Microsoft Security Essentials at least to test.

McAffee is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!

    http://download.mcafee.com/products/...tches/MCPR.exe

Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Also downloading torrents is a good way to get malware. Your call of course.

    Thanks for your quick reply,
I have installed a older version of bit torrent and till now its working fine.
And if BSOD happens again i will remove AVG.
So AVG was the reason for all this trouble?

Also follow zigzag3143 advice and remove Mcafee from your system.

    Mcafee causes lots of bsods.

You have installed 2 security systems, this also causes bsods.

IMO better remove them both and use this Good and Free system security combination.

    Hey mate!

I'm having BSOD's too, usually when playing steam games. I've been tracking the cause down starting from drivers and leading to running programs also. I will check it out will the bittorrent 7.7 be the cause of these BSOD's and post back to you.
