Window Crashes

This is the 2nd time my window is crashed
My friend had help me fix back the 1st time and now he cant help me anymore and i have to figure out myself to look for help.
What my problem is when i using my computer surfing internet, suddenly the window will become unresponding and i have to close it same things happen when i playing my games. The window will hang and i cant shut down it from Start.
Then I have to force shut down by clicking the ON button.
After that the screen pop out a reading disc error click ctrl+del+alt to restart it or error loading operating system.

So,my friend told me to add window into my pc.
How to do it but not format all my files inside the pc?

what your friend suggested is a Clean Install Windows 7 of windows 7. so you need to take a back up of all your important docs, pics, etc and you will have to freshly install all the softwares that you use. first of all, open task manager and see what is using you cpu the most (click on show all users). also what antivirus do you use?

Im not sure of whether it will work, but you can give it a try.BTW, when you say your windows crashed, do you mean you got BSOD (black/blue screen of death) if so, take a look at http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html and our dump analysts shall help you with it.
