Then I have to force shut down by clicking the ON button.
After that the screen pop out a reading disc error click ctrl+del+alt to restart it or error loading operating system.

So,my friend told me to add window into my pc.

what your friend suggested is a Clean Install Windows 7 of windows 7. so you need to take a back up of all your important docs, pics, etc and you will have to freshly install all the softwares that you use. first of all, open task manager and see what is using you cpu the most (click on show all users). also what antivirus do you use?

do you have an external hard drive to back up your important stuff.sorry but when you reinstall the operating system it will require you to install all the software again

Im not sure of whether it will work, but you can give it a try.BTW, when you say your windows crashed, do you mean you got BSOD (black/blue screen of death) if so, take a look at https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html and our dump analysts shall help you with it.
