What do you mean you get a blue screen as soon as you hit the restart button? When Windows starts up again you get a blue screen, or you get a blue screen at the exact time that you hit the restart button?

When you say "restart button" is this the physical button on the machine, or is it the virtual button built into the Windows graphics?

As soon as I hit the restart button in windows It goes to a BSOD with a hardware error. Like I said I tested my harddrive, swapped out video card, ran memtest on my ram and everything checks out fine

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker up to three times to fix all errors with a restart in between each (if you are able to do so...). Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations.

I realize this is a fairly new installation, but with all the problems you have been having, it is possible the Windows files have become corrupted.
