BSOD while playing Sims Medieval help (Im a girl noob so...)

Erm I'm not sure what to type,my game sort of hangs, black screen to normal for like a few seconds than a loud *beeping sound*from the CPU..then the annoying blue screen..for thos who played this game, it happens mostly when i finish a quest..I tried lowering the graphics quality but it doesnt work..i cant update or patch my game cause i downloaded my game from the internet, heh :B
When i play Sims 3 it never hangs like this :X

Somehow the windows 7 program my sister installed into this computer is not genuine but so far i haven't had any BSOD problems with other games..

All i can see here is that you are doing it wrong. If you want to play the game and enjoy it buy it! We do not in anyway shape or form help you out if you are using pirated softwares since they do not have the latest updates and might have been fixed in a later update.

Secoundly, Use the BSOD Posting Instructions. Being a girl does not make you unable to read does it?

and least but not last. Fill in your System Specifications as this might help your responders in a later state.
