Thanks. I'll give that a shot. One question: Since I have 15 passes in memtest86+ with existing driver, do I still need to run that hardware test?

Since memtest86+ does not care about Windows drivers, that test is unnecessary at this time. It may need to be run at some point again depending on what happens with the debugging we are currently doing, but you can skip it for now.
I was discussing my issue with another gamer and he said he had a similiar issue that was caused by RAM latency.
He told me to make sure the mobo was set to the proper sdp settings for the ram... to include command rate of 2t.
I have the mobo (M4A77T/USB3) setting for latency set as per the sdp, but i cannot figure out how to adjust the command rate to 2t... Any advise? Could a ram setting issue report faults all over the troubleshooting map?
I have gotten a few more failures but the pc is running a second memtest86+ just in case. Once it finishes, i'll upload the dump(s).
Thanks for all the help, BTW!

You would adjust the command rate in the BIOS. Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.
Also, go into your BIOS and post all Voltages (CPU, RAM, NB, IMC, etc.) and all RAM settings (timings, frequency, etc.)
Thanks to Dave76 for help learning RAM Stability
I'm on the way out the door for work now. I already have CPU-Z, GPU-Z, and AI Suite from ASUS. I'll get pics of it all.
One more troubleshooting step i ran through i had AI suite open through a crash seeing if CPU temp was an issue... maxed at 59C, case 29C.
I'm fairly certain that all my CPU settings are [Auto] and my cores are unlocked. But the rest, I'll post in about 7-8 hours. Thanks again!
Those temperatures should be fine, but that is a good troubleshooting step. Well done.
Look forward to your post with your settings.
Here are the CPU-Z screens. Slots 1 and 2 are empty on my board.
I'll edit in Bios Setting in a moment.

Timings look good. What is your VDDNB Voltage set to?
Grrr.. Could have sworn i took a picture of that. I'll post as soon as i can.
You took a picture of it set on Auto. If you set to Manual, what Voltage shows up?
