Manually set the first four timing to 9-9-9-20 with a command rate of 2T. Start by setting the DRAM voltage back to AUTO. See if it improves stability.
I changed the timing and the voltage, but I don't see anything to change command rate.

    I've also run chkdsk

DRAM Timing mode: 2N = 2T, verify after setting it that CPU-Z shows 2T for the Command Rate under the Memory tab.

    Caused by avast!

Please replace avast! by first uninstalling it with the avast uninstall utility and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows to run with Windows firewall. You can also read about the Good and Free system security combination.

I uninstalled avast and still crashed a bunch of times

I also ran sfc /scannow 5 times and it each time it stopped at 38% verification and said "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix them"

I would post the log but it says I need to be an administrator (which I am, so I don't know what's up)

Sorry, I responded to your last post, but it got lost due to a server hardware crash. Wish I could remember what I said...

It was probably along the lines of: If you are getting that message from sfc /scannow, you have two options:

Make sure you backup any important files before doing either option.

    PFN_LIST_CORRUPT (4e)
Typically caused by drivers passing bad memory descriptor lists (ie: calling
MmUnlockPages twice with the same list, etc). If a kernel debugger is
    available get the stack trace.

Still pointing to Memory. Check your memory for your graphics card and run Memtest86+ again (sometimes it misses errors on the the first run):
    • Use the |MG| Video Memory Stress Test 1.7.116 Download to test your graphics card memory. Let the memory test run for at least seven passes; the more the better.

    • Run the boot version of Memtest86+ for at least seven passes (more is better) paying close attention to Parts 2 and 3 of the tutorial. Also, in case Memtest86+ misses anything and comes up with no errors, run the extended version of the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool for at least five passes. These you may want to run overnight since they take a long time to complete (run them an hour before bed each of the next two nights and check before going to sleep that they are still running).

If you swap any memory components, follow these steps for ESD safety:
      1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
      2. Unplug all power supplies to the computer (AC Power then battery for laptops, AC power for desktops)
      3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and ensure all power drains from components.
      4. Make sure you are grounded by using proper grounding techniques, i.e. work on an anti-static workbench, anti-static desk, or an anti-static pad. Hold something metallic while touching it to the anti-static surface, or use an anti-static wristband to attach to the anti-static material while working.

Once these steps have been followed, it is safe to remove and replace components within your computer.

If you would like to forego the Memtest86+ test, I understand, but I would recommend doing another test of your memory in its place. You can run one module at a time in one slot at a time and see if stability improves through Windows. You want to find a good module and a good slot, then test the known good module in all slots to find any bad slots, and then test the other module in a good slot to determine if the module is bad.

I haven't run memtest yet but the video memory stress test came up with a crazy amount of errors.

After 8 passes there are over 15,000 errors
