the only other OS i have is a 32 bit Version of Windows Xp proffessional would you advise me to install that ?
and isnt there anything i can do to try and stop the problem pesuming that my system is actualy stable ?
i mean its ok when its running i can have it on for ages and do what ever i want on it and nothing happens its just when im starting up my computer or the first 30 seconds of actualy getting passed the windows login screen when it sometimes Bsod or just crashes then it takes me a couple of restarts to get back on again
oh and i keep getting a continuous beeping noise from my tower sometimes on start up and nothing happens the screens just balck so i restart
its only just started doing this ... :/

I said this... Usually it's just memory settings or memory timings or other voltages not being adjusted properly will cause these types of problems on a new system. You can't just assume that the Auto settings are correct. Was your system running Vista before you installed Win7?

Sound familior? It seems Windows logic is inline with my own. I suggest that you test the memory or remove one stick at a time until the problem Dimm is found. Although at this point I'm not sure if you have attempted to do what I asked in the first post.
- There are incorrect settings in the computer's basic input/output system (BIOS) configuration.
-or-- One or more of the random access memory (RAM) modules that is installed on the computer is faulty.

ran the RAM test come out with no errors
amd im going to try changing the voltage etc now
