Did you un-install PCTools?
Did you install MSE?

Did you run the SFC (System File Checker) as per the tutorial linked above?

Did you run memtest86+ for 7 full passes, as in the tutorial linked above?

Click on the tutorial links in mgorman87 post #7 above, they will explain everything.
