Windows 7: BSOD when on internet (chrome)

Windows 7 64 bit (i think, how can i be sure?)
 
 
BSOD when on internet (chrome)

This is only the 3rd time this happened, but my computer also has been freezing completely... also 3 times. I just got this LENOVO, , it's great otherwise. I think I might have set up or installed something badly... please help.
