I'm only using 1 550, which already runs at ~ 60 watts less than the 560, so my 460 watts should be fine, right?

as for the video drivers, I am running 285.62.
Sorry about my mistake. Your power supply is right on the edge in my opinion. Here is the correct site.
GeForce GTX 550 Ti review MSI Cyclone II OC
I actaully intend to swap out my motherboard for a p55-gd80 in the next few days, and drop in my old gt 430, and possibly my hd5450 just becuase I can. I would also like to overclock my card with the new heatsink on, and the motherboards passive cooling too. So I should probably get a new psu with that? I realize this probably isn't the best place to ask, but I was thinking of getting this here. Newegg.com - RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-730SS 730W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Modular Modular LED Power Supply any thoughts? Is the company good and will 730 be enough?
Intel has been purposely vague on details.
You can find people's interpretation of how to adjust for accurate temp readings, but it is just speculation.
Information generally tells you to get accurate ambient temp, the actual TJMax from Intel (they don't give specific info) and you can configure your CPU core temp app.
When I tried this I kept getting idle temps below room (ambient) temps, most sites agree that this is not reliable.
From my searches, it's generally accepted to leave it where it's at, or use laser temp device on the CPU case. Which may not be that accurate.
As with everything on the web, opinions will vary.
It is best to stay with a well known quality PSU.
Seasonic
Corsair
PC Power & Cooling
Antec
With more than one graphics card, a 750w PSU will give you room to add components later.
I would check into the brands Corsair and Seasonic. They will cost more but they are worth it. You keep changing what you are going to install but 750W quality power supply will take care of most needs.
Sorry, I had an idea of what I was going to upgrade, and didn't feel that it was necessary to type it all out until i needed to know if the psu would support it.
The bluescreening has not stopped. Since it seems to be the video drivers, and I am using the most current, should I revert to older ones?
Have you done anything with your CPU cooler and thermal paste?
What are your CPU core temps?
Yes, uninstall the current drivers and install an older one.
I got all of my stuff put together now, and with my case and heat sink, my temps have dropped from the 40 - 60 range, to 15-40.
I updated the video drivers too, so hopefully the blue screening is over now, but i guess ill see in the next few days.
