Verifier actually is meant to cause the system to be unstable in the event that there are driver conflicts. You will likely have crashes with it enabled, but that is the reason for enabling it. It allows us to analyze driver conflicts and weed out the bad drivers so your system can run stable. :)
Its almost been a week and Verifier has been on solid, and left with almost all programs running simultaneously.
Its running fine as ever. In fact never this well. No BSoD at all. Safe to say its cured?
Although i never got down to the hardware BSoD i.e "USB PORT" it hasn't recurred.
I would disable Verifier and see how it responds. There have been odd occurrences where Verifier added stability in the past. It seems to me the culprit ended up being solved by the person running through the USB general fix tutorial with more care (it was done haphazardly the first time). It could be your problem was fixed the same way. To disable Verifier: Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right click Command Prompt -> Run as administrator -> Type the following command followed by the Enter key:verifier /reset-> Restart your computer.
I think it may be safe to say the problem is solved although i haven't got a answer to what was causing it.
Its been over 2 weeks now and not a single BSoD (more than 1 week without verifier)
Thanks to ZigZag for pointing out programs causing BS's and yourself Writhziden for your guidelines they were very helpfull.
Alhough i did re-install windows i didn't find this to be a cure (and didn't intend it to be) it just helped me clean programs/drivers that i didnt use and make it known that it was a hardware problem.
I do think that chkdsk was the main helper here as since that was done its been stable. Although i don't even know if its possible and cannot prove it. its just been fine since then.

It could very well have been the disk check. Data corruption is a known cause of crashes. Glad it is resolved, at any rate. Thank you for posting back. :)
