BSOD Netio.sys, tcpipreg.sys

Hi. I am currently getting a bsod while shutting down Windows 7. I have tried updating drivers, removing security software and I even formatted and restored back to factory settings, then reinstalled all the software I use. Trying to pinpoint whats causing my issue. My laptop is about a month old. Thanks for any help given.

16GB RAM
Nvidia 525m / Intel HD Graphics
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

Hi.

Remove COMODO Internet Security from your system.

Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials with windows firewall enable.

You can also use this Good and Free system security combination.

Finish
and post back.

In your crash\bsod minidump i can see this

Code:
cmdguard.sys fffff880`0153c000 fffff880`015cd000 0x00091000 0x4f15d1ed 17-Jan-12 9:54:21 μμ
This is the COMODO Firewall Pro Sandbox Driver.

If you already uninstalled comodo then,

Use this to clean any fragments.

Dell Wireless 5620 EVDO-HSPA Mobile Broadband Mini-Card would be a good start. Your current driver is outdated and pre-Windows 7.
