    Windows 7 crash at startup

Finally managed to install windows 7 and had to disable my video card to get it to work and then when I update my video card driver (used this NVIDIA DRIVERS 295.73 WHQL) i restart my computer and it just goes to a black screen after 'Starting Windows' yet after a short while i hear the windows jingle on my headphones as if it had started up normally. Yet when i start in safe mode and load up device manager then disable my video card again and it works normally.

    Help?
    Thanks.
