What does this crash mean?

Complete noob here, had a system crash and got this report back. Could anyone tell me what it means and why it happened, and prevention measures i can take to make sure it doesn't happen again. If this is the wrong place to post i sincerely apologise, but it is my first ever post.
Running Windows 7 Professional
AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2ghz
4.00 GB ram
32 bit Os
geForce 8800 gts

Go to C:\windows find the folder with the name minidump copy paste this folder on desktop,compress it in zip file and upload it here using the clip\attachment.
