BSOD doing Intel VTUNE profiling with Visual Studio

    Hi,
I have had several BSOD since I bought my VAIO in May 2011 but it seemed they have dissapeared until today.

I was doing a profiling with Intel VTUNE in order to count the failure access to the cache memory when the BSOD appeared.

I don't know if it's caused by a hardware problem or just software but I'm really worried about it because I need the computer to work.

    Thanks!

    Updated- More details:

    BSOD with message: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
It happens everytime I try to do the: Advanced Intel Microarchitecture Code Name Sandy Bridge - General Exploration with VTUNE

I run a system file check (sfc/scannow) and it didn't find any problems
