Hello, again one problem with bootcat.cache !? you guys are my only chance to get this thing working again.
so, i found tips how to remove bootcat.cache to get my computer working again > i did it but it didnt help !! bootcat.cache doesnt regenerate and i still get bsod :/
what should i do to get my pc working ?? do i ihave to delete windows.

What other steps have you tried? Startup repair? How to use the Bootrec.exe tool in the Windows Recovery Environment to troubleshoot and repair startup issues in Windows?
Yes, i have already tried startup repair. Im gonna try bootrec.exe today and see if it helps.

Try proceeding through each step in: Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot
Do each step in order and read each carefully. Only by doing the steps exactly and with care may you repair the Windows boot issues.
