BSOD athurx.sys ntoskrnl.exe error 0x00000050

Hi all. I have an annoying BSOD problem which I don't know how to fix it. It started few weeks ago when I was playing the elder scrolls v: skyrim. The situation is getting worst and it happens more frequently lately, even during normal use of computer. I have updated my video card driver, wireless network card driver as well as Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller driver, but it still keeps happening.

I would be appreciated if someone can enlighten me where/how to solve the problems, as I cannot afford to lose my unsave works continuously.

My OS is windows 7 x64 oem
my system is about 4 years old.

attached dmp files and the performance report.

many thanks in advance.

Hi.

In this order,

Update software\driver for your Atheros AR9271 Wireless Network Adapter.

ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)

Remove Panda security from your system.

Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials with windows firewall enable.

For your system protection you can also use this Good and Free system security combination.

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Run it 2-3 times if needed to "fix" everything.

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Let it run until at least 9 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.

Finish with the above steps and post back with results\news.

Hi Panais, thank your for your help. sorry I didn't get back to you any sooner. I only manage to have my pc to run memtest few days ago.

ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)
it is my tp-link usb wireless adapter.

Here is the news,
I followed your instruction to remove the panda and setup the security combination. It helped to reduce the frequency of BSOD, and a notification, 'Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered' usually popup before it go BSOD.

I ran system check and fixed most of the errors.
and memtest indicated no problem in my rams.

After I google nvlddmkm error, tried several of fixes, it turned out it was the 3d driver which come with the nividia driver package was the source of trouble. This morning, I uninstall the existing driver and have a clean installation without the 3d driver. So far, I am free of any error.

I appreciate your help, thank again.
