There we go. I didn't attach a capture of SPD slot#2 or slot#4 as they are empty and CPU-Z shows no information.

Settings all look good. Are your BIOS voltages all at stock/default settings? If so, I would recommend checking each module in each slot and doing your normal routine through Windows. Try to find a module and slot that do not cause crashes. Then test both modules in a good slot, and test each slot with a known good module. Try to find any bad slots and whether you have a bad module.
