The OS is 1 year old and i didn't re-installed it.
It crashes whenever I play a game or I watch a movie.

Those crashes are all from October and we have no idea of the current state of the machine.
We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
If you are overclocking STOP
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.
To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.
The procedure:
* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.
To ensure minidumps are enabled:
* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.
I'm not overclocking I never did.

Perhaps your machine is not now generating DMP files because here are the dates of the most recent upload. (see pic)
There are several reasons that may prevent you from having a DMP file in the usual places.
If you control panel is not configured for small dump you probably will then find it in C:\windows and it will be called MEMORY.dmp. It will overwrite every crash.
Other reasons are if you have UAC turned off, if you have a small page file, or a page file on a different HD than the OS.
Let me specific something,it didn't get me the blue error screen is just restarting by him self whenever i'm watching a movie or surfing the internet or playing a game, and then he starts again...but the weird thing is that if I let Mass Effect 2 running the PC isn't restarting but if I play other games it does.
Yes but I didn't know where else to post...and the blue screen I got it some while ago but from then I don't get anymore is just restarting by him self...
If you dont have BSOD'S you can upload your event logs
Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:
Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder

Sorry for not posting them earlier, I had some problems.
You still have remnants of AVG on your system. Uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials, re-install AVG, uninstall AVG with the AVG remover and then re-install Microsoft Security Essentials.
That should be a good start to resolving the issue, so see how the system responds after doing those steps.
