random BSOD (pool corruption)

my dell studio 1555 laptop has been consistently crashing since the past 2 months. On most occasions it never dumps the reason for hanging in any dump file. luckily this time it has. i have the analysed dump file but cannot seem to understand the cause. i have run a memtest which ran without errors for one pass.
here are the details of the memory dump.
any help would be appreciated.
