    (Seemingly)-random BSODs, error 0x0000010d

    Hi,

I'm getting BSODs, seemingly randomly. Often while on the Internet or playing music with iTunes, but sometimes when idling too. System is ~2 years old, OEM OS, re-installed a several months ago.

Can you please help me track down the cause? .zip file of memory dumps and perfmon report attached - please let me know if I can provide any additional info. Thanks much!

Related to your PreSonus FireStudio Driver.

I would re-install the newest driver available or remove to test.

    zigzag,

installed latest driver - i'm embarrassed, i "knew" I had the latest driver for that, but I guess I never installed it.

So far, so good. I really appreciate your help and quick response!

Sorry for the delay - I was out of town.

So, I updated to the latest Presonus driver 3.5.6 - still crashes. Removed it today, no crashes. Any ideas on what the conflict is? Or am I out of luck?

    Latest crash dumps attached.

    Thanks again for your time.

Might want to check with the developer. Are you sure it is windows 7 compatible.

Reformatted drive to factory-original condition, installed Presonus driver and software. So far, no issues. Will keep better track of what's installed to see if this arises again. Thanks again for your help.
