Hi. :)
In this order,
Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
You may need to run it 2-3 times to "fix" everything.
Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Let it run until at least 9 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.
Finish with the above steps and post back with results\news.
Completed the first test with no identified issues.
The Flashdrive isn't being identified as a bootable drive. I had this issue about a week ago when I tried running the same mem test when I first found the issue, and I haven't quite figured out how to edit that yet.
If you have any suggestions on how to identify the drive in the mean time, it would be quite helpful.
Download the Auto-installer for USB Key (Win 9x/2k/xp/7)
Follow the procedure and format the flashdrive.
Restart, click repeatedly the Delete button (or F1 or F2 or F10 or Esc this dependence from you motherboard model) and enter bios.
In bios\bios advanced features\hard disk boot priority set the usb flashdrive as first boot device, press f10 to save and exit\restart.
During restarting normally memtest will run.
finally found a way to force boot in the bios. Putting it first in' order for boot didn't work for some reason.
Anyway, 20 passes, no errors.
