Random BSOD while I didn't do anything with the computer

Well, I played my 3DS and when I looked on my pc screen I saw the BSOD before self restart, the computer was on for like 1 hour on sleep mode.

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64
    - the original installed OS on the system? Windows 7
    - an OEM or full retail version? OEM
    - What is the age of system (hardware)? 1.5 years
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) yes and almost half a year

When I'm trying to launch perfmon /report I get this error
An error occured while attempting to generate the report.

The system cannot find the path specified.
So I uploaded the dump files without it.

    Sharon.

    Hi :)

Remove Emsisoft Anti-Malware from your system.

Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials with windows firewall enable.

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
You may need to run it 2-3 times to "fix" everything.

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Let it run until at least 9 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.

Finish with the above steps and post back with results.

    Removed it.

I tried 2 times and it stopped in 31% with this error :
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.
And at the third time it did 100% with this message :
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
I wont use the RAM test because I don't really know how to remove sticks and put them back, but I was at the shop where I bought my PC like 4 times and they did all the tests including RAM and they said it didn't have any problem.
