    BSOD Os version:6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1

    x64
    not original

This happened last night, when I wake up, I saw the PC was restared, and found this report.
I had problems last few days, I doubt problem is memory, but I dont know why, it is in qualified vendor list for my mb.

The crashdump is rather inconclusive. I tried lookin through the code flow but it's pretty obfuscated.

Your best option at the moment is to turn on Driver Verifier and see if that'll nab anything (note it'll crash the system when it does). In addition to not checking Low Resource Simulation as instructed in the article, also do not check IRP Logging nor Force Pending I/O Request. Provide us any new crashdumps.

Before following Vir Gnarus's excellent advice: Please remove any CD/DVD virtualization software, such as Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%, as they use a driver called sptd.sys that is known to cause BSODs. Use add/remove programs to remove the software. After removing the software, use the sptd.sys uninstaller to remove sptd.sys from the system.

I prefer TotalMounter as my CD/DVD virtualization software as it allows me to burn images to a virtual CD/DVD if I just want an ISO file instead of a disc, and it is free.

Many use MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor as well, which is also free.

Otherwise, this will be the first crash caught by Verifier and will point to the sptd.sys driver.
