You can use Task Manager to do that, there should be a column for how much is being used. In addition, in Task Manager where the graphs are for Performance there should be a button for Resource Monitor, which a very powerful tool to monitor research usage. If you start seeing overall usage getting close to 2.5GB, it's time to save up for some memory (which is awfully cheap nowadays).
In the resource monitor , in the memory tab the total physical memory being used is near 1300 MB

It did find 3 corrupted files, but it complained that they were in use at the time. Did you happen to run this straight from the Windows 7 disk or from the HD? I don't think they're involved with your crashes, but they still should be resolved. Go ahead and continue with the CHKDSK next as I believe that's more important than this right now, but don't forget about it since there are some Windows files that are corrupted (all of them relate to the Windows desktop themes).

Ah, that would do it. You can neglect it then.

I explained how to run CHKDSK in my previous post that talked about SFC Scan. You can either do it from the command prompt with chkdsk /f /r or through Windows using the Check tool. Again, explanation is in a previous post.

Were you able to confirm if it discovered any issues? Or did they finish before you had a chance to look at em?
