Alright, glad turning off the turbo did the trick. See how the system responds for a few days and post back. If you are still running well, you may mark the thread solved.

Ok well ima mark this issue solved ( if i can figure out how to do it lol ) cuz past few days i been gaming and cpu is OC with turbo mode on and gpu is OC as well and not a single BSOD or crash on anything so all the issue was was the Turbo mode being set to high which i think i did by mistake when i clicked something in bios and it auto OC way to high to 4.2 or 4 which im sure can be stable but without the right voltages it wasnt so ya.

Issue is resolved and thats all it was, thanks to everyone for the input and help and helpful links for programs to test pc. And to think the very first thing that was said i think was to turn off OC and i assumed it was. I didnt know it was auto OC >.> lol, so ya. Ty everyone
