BSOD While using utorrent

I've gotten a BSOD multiple times when downloading torrents, but it doesn't happen every time. The BSOD message is Drive IRQL not less or equal. I've run mutiple diagnostics and memory tests on my computer, all come back fine.

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

I attached the zip file this forum said to, but my system health report kept timing out when it was generating the report. Can anyone help me without the system health report?

Easy your two malware applications.

Remove BOTH AVG and McAfee and replace with Microsoft security Essentials.

I note you have AVG.
AVG can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials
AT LEAST TO TEST

Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide

I read some threads and i have both Avast and McAfee. I am now deleting those and getting Microsoft Security Essentials. Hopefully this will fix the issue
