Windows 7: Pc freezing and crashing with multiple errors

Guys a noob here please guide me..! my pc freezes much time in windows 7 32bit and at last i have restart it this happens with windows xp too But less with windows 7 i attached my health report and that folder generated by software..

Isn't my pc old thats would be the reason??

BTW can i ask one more question??How you found that these drivers were old or say how you finded out the problem..!???
