BSOD after trying to restart because mouse hangs every 5-10 seconds.

I do not know what's causing this and I've been getting it for some time now. I'll try to describe the problem as best I can. First, the mouse kinda hangs every 5 seconds then I try to shutdown or restart, then BSOD appears.

I have attached the Dump/System file collection folder but I am not able to do a system health report successfully. It always gives me an error message even though the service related to that is started already.(
The wait for the report generation tool to finish has timed out.)

The crashdumps are kinda all over the place, but I do notice a general pattern in that they deal with USB. I cannot ascertain what the exact cause is however.

Sifting through some general data in them, I can at least provide some suspects. First off, your USB3 driver (Fresco Logic xHCI (USB3) Device Driver) is rather out of date (Feb 2011). In addition, the same goes for your Atheros Bluetooth Driver. These both were involved in a number of your crashdumps, so in general you will want to look into updating all of your motherboard drivers, as well as your BIOS. To add, I found AiCharger present in one of the faulting IRPs. This is a rather gimmicky motherboard utility that is supposed to improve the trickle charge on your USB devices. Rather, it - as well as any other motherboard utility software - often comes with many bugs and not worth having on your system. Your best option is to sift through your Programs and Features and find any software related to your motherboard and uninstall it. Keep your drivers of course.

Is there a method to automatically update the drivers? instead of going to the net and finding those one by one.

There is software out there that advertises the ability to automatically detect and update all your drivers for you, but everyone I know - and from what I've experienced working with others - has found that they often do their job very poorly, and in some cases I've had to deal with them making things worse! You wanna shy away from them. Unfortunately, your only other option is to do just that: navigate the net and update them manually. It's not really that bad, especially since I'm only recommending you do so for all your motherboard-related drivers.

If you're using an OEM computer (Asus, Acer, Dell, HP, etc.) then you can go their support website and find your drivers based on the service tag or model of your PC. If you have a custom-built PC (like what I see here and from what you said previously) then you'll want to go to the Gigabyte website and find the page related specifically to your model of motherboard and download and all drivers pertaining to it, as well as the BIOS. Also note any utilities/software associated with your motherboard, as those are the ones you wanna look for in Programs & Features to uninstall. Make sure to create a restore point prior to doing so, I've found they love to latch on to Windows and cause a wreck if they are uninstalled (again, because they're buggy). You can also use Driver Sweeper. I personally have not used it, but I see many reputable techs recommend it, so give it a whirl (note it's supposed to uninstall drivers, not install them like the software I mentioned previously). Instead of uinstalling just AiCharger, you probably wanna go ahead and get rid of all of them, as I've seen plenty of crashes come from any one of them.
