    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

I would initially try a startup repair if you have a Windows DVD or a System Repair disc.

    Startup Repair

If you don't have either, check here: System Repair Disc - Create

You can also try a repair install: Repair Install

This shouldn't affect your personal files or any applications you have installed.

    Heres what I did.

Startup repair doesnt work I get an error posted in the link above.

tried to repair boot files but no luck either.

    cant get into safemode

    memtest is no errors

hardware seems stable no blue screens nothing just cant get into desktop

im not completely concerned about the install its just my utorrent settings idk how to transfer them. I need to maintain the files I am currently uploading as well as what is in my queue (all legal files) it would take 30 hours plus to resurrect my queue and thats too much work.

If you are the only user you will have an admin user account.

Did you try the repair install?

If not, or it doesn't work, it looks like you are faced with reinstalling Windows.

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode, as explained in this tutorial?

    Advanced Boot Options

If you can access Safe Mode, choose either Repair Your Computer or Last Known Good Configuration.

I already said I cant go safe mode either. If you go to the link it does the following:

with network then it never fully loads the drivers

without network option it gest same black screen as b4.

Then I'm afraid I've got nothing else to offer other than re-installing Windows.
