JMH

Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit. SP1.

Asacpi.sys

1. The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

Scroll down to the utilities category, then scroll down to the "atk0110 driver for windowsxp/vista/windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).

Download and install it.

Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers to check and make sure that the asacpi.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (not before).

2. Please run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and then update to SP-1

32 Bit

Download: System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 (KB947821) [February 2012] - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

64 Bit

Download: System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [February 2012] - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

Now update to SP-1

In addition to JMH's suggestions please update this driver (its 3 years old)Related to Rtnic64.sys 10/100 X64 Driver from Realtek Semiconductor Corporation.

I would also seriously consider not using avchv.sys AntiVirus Active Virus Control Hypervisor driver from Bitdefender

And remove Related to dtsoftbus01.sys Virtual Bus Driver from DT Soft Ltd
