    Fix It is public and free, but it is internet based. Microsoft does not provide the full versions. If I were to do so, I would have to download the version you are using, run it, let it extract, search for the extracted files, which I believe end up in %SystemRoot%\Temp, and then figure out which ones are associated with the Fix It tool. This is a lot of work to do, and Microsoft probably would not be happy if I then uploaded the full version on here for anyone to use. If they wanted it available that way, they would have done so themselves.

    I believe that you're talking about the browser version, Microsoft actually intended for people to do what I described.. But of course you might have missed it:

    Advanced-Download to run on a different or disconnected computer
    Click Download below, then click Run or Open in your browser and follow the onscreen prompts to create the Fix it Portable folder
    Then copy the Fix it Portable folder to the computer with the problem and run the Launch Fix it application
    Download

    Yes, I did miss that. It is in pretty small writing and not the first thing I looked for. Why are you unable to do those steps on the computer you downloaded it to and put it on USB?

    I cannot upload it to the forum, regardless. The file is too big, even compressed in a .zip file...

    The library computer won't allow me to install things so I can't get it. Can you upload it to filedropper, rapidshare, or email it to me please(the files for disconnected computers)?

    Thanks,
    :)

    I'm afraid I cannot.
    You may not... publish the software for others to copy;
    It would be a violation of the license agreement given in: Microsoft Support

    I got fix-it on my computer and it couldn't fix the two apparent issues:
    Ethernet Controller doesn't have a driver
    PCI Simple Communications Controller doesn't have a driver

    What do?

    Can you download the latest drivers for your network adapter and your wireless adapter? If you do not know where to get them, please provide us with the laptop and model so we can help.

    Now it's only PCI which was not on the driver disk.
