Unlocker is the only thing causing your crashes at present. Where are you getting this information about OA002Afx/Ufd.sys?
When the BSOD happened about an hour ago when I started Dell Webcam Central, the Blue Screen said something about OA002Ufd.sys Stop error, when I restarted computer, I went to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and I found that those 2 drivers are back (OA002Afx.sys;OA002Ufd.sys)
I did not see them loaded in your latest crash reports. Do you have any crash reports newer than 2:30 PM? If so, can you upload them?
The latest Crash report is the one at 2:29:59 PM, and I read on the Blue Screen itself that a driver (OA002Ufd.sys) caused the BSOD
I also use BlueScreenView to see the information that was on the BSOD (I know it's not very accurate, but still...) and it said: Caused by Driver: OA002Ufd.sys
It may have shown it on your computer, but this is what the debugging analysis shows.Code:Loading Dump File [D:\Kingston\BSODDmpFiles\christianb9632\Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2\031812-51105-01.dmp] DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: VERIFIER_ENABLED_VISTA_MINIDUMP PROCESS_NAME: Unlocker.exe MODULE_NAME: UnlockerDriver5 IMAGE_NAME: UnlockerDriver5.sys ---------
I am a big fan of Nir Sofer's work, BUT blueScreenView more often than not, doesn't point out the correct causes. Similarly Who crashed is even worse.
I prefer to use WinDbg (the Windows Debugging Tools) to read the memory dumps. It is the Gold standard for those of us that do this and often will give us the answer by itself. (we don't need the full jcgriff2 report each time).
I think I know what the problem is: There are 2 files in Minidump, the Carshreport might have taken the older .dmp
I somehow cannot upload the .dmp files itself though
Am I supposed to Download WinDbg if so, can you give me a download link?
