BSOD from USB 3- Driver wont install correctly/device cannot start

I have uninstalled and reinstalled (admin) the latest driver several times. I dont have any USB 3 devices yet and have nothing plugged into a USB 3. I am starting to think my last option is to disable all USB 3 on my computer but when I get a USB 3 I will be screwed. Any Thoughts?
