Random BSOD ntoskrnl.exe while browsing and gaming

Windows 7 Home Premium x64 Full Retail
It is the original OS installed on the system

    Motherboard: Biostar TA870U3+
    CPU: AMD Phenom II x2 555 3.2GHz
    RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB 240 pin DDR3 1066
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTS 450 1GB
CPU Cooler: Corsair CWCH60 hydro Series

From my last posts on here I have replaced the motherboard, ram and even the hard drive. I still keep getting a ntoskrnl.exe BSOD ranging from IRQL_not_less_or_ equal to Kernel error. I am truly at my wits end with this computer. Also to note if it helps, 2 Win7 updates will not install. They are: Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2532531) and Update for Windows 7 for x64 - based Systems (KB2552343). not sure if this has anything to do with it but added it just incase it is.
I have also stress tested my system and ran Memtest on both sticks of ram 7 to 8 passes and all passed. If any other information is needed please let me know.

Memory corruption (probably caused by one of these drivers)

    Code:
    BIOS64.sys 6/7/2003 8:12:00 PM
    Alpham264.sys 3/20/2007 5:51:03 AM
    Alpham164.sys 7/23/2007 3:57:03 AM
    BS_I2c64.sys 6/16/2008 2:45:18 AM
    AtiPcie.sys 5/5/2009 11:00:22 AM
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Also your ESET needs to be updated.

Since your ram appears to be ok,please run verifier to find which driver is causing the crashes.

I'd suggest that you first backup your stuff and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vista you'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair your computer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

    Then, here's the procedure:
    - Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
    - Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
    - Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
    - Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
    - Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
    - Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.

No luck in updating any of these. The Zboard does not install it just asks to remove the installation. The Biostar site says i have all the latest drivers. Tried updating the bios but says I have the latest version. I am at a lost as to what to do if the manufacturers websites downloads dont work.

The absolutely most important one is the BIOS64.sys. It is from around xp sp-1 and cannot know how to work in win 7. Related to BIOS64.sys I/O Interface driver file from BIOSTAR Group

Alpham264.sys is related to Ideazon ZBoard/Ideazon Fang MM USB HID driver and can be downloaded frome steeleseries.com

The others you are just going to have to find or remove (you can rename them to *.bak so they dont load and see if anything complains)

I have tried updating the BIOS from Biostar for the motherboard with no luck. I havce downloaded every driver that they have for my board that is up to date. I will look today for those files and rename them. I will wait a few days and see what happens, and if all is well I will mark it as solved.

    found the issue

I know this is going to sound odd, but after replacing the motherboard, the ram, and the hard drive, I went out on a limb and replaced my power supply for my system. I upgraded from a 650w to a 1000w and for the last few weeks I have not had a BSOD, no freezing up while gaming or browsing. Seems my whole issue was not enough power going into my system which was causing a kernel power issue. Im marking this issue as solved.
