You still appear to have the above error. Did the Fix It run and finish without any errors? The Fix It can be run from http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9775756Code:Event[643]: Log Name: Application Source: Microsoft-Windows-WMI Date: 2012-04-28T21:44:33.000 Event ID: 10 Task: N/A Level: Error Opcode: N/A Keyword: Classic User: N/A User Name: N/A Computer: Mahshid-VAIO Description: Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. - Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker up to three times to fix all errors with a restart in between each. Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations. Use OPTION THREE of SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker to provide us with the sfcdetails.txt file if errors occur.
I did exactly what you said but it didn't show any errors. SFC /SCANNOW Command came back with no integrity violations. microsoft fix it finished without any errors too , but laptop's still laggy.
Check if you have an application or service conflict: Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Still no change. actually i feel it got worse after doing this step.
Are you sure you only unselected non-Microsoft services? Removing any Microsoft services from startup can make things worse. If you did unselect only non-Microsoft services, we should move to a Repair Install of Windows 7. Recommend steps 1-3 in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 for obtaining installation media and backing up any important data just in case. Repair install usually goes off without a hitch, but a backup is still recommended in case the unforeseen should happen.
thanks a lot for your help. i really appreciate it.
