Windows 7 64 Bit Professional
Asus m4a78t-e
Phenom ii x4 955
Western Digital 500GB HD
8 Gig Kingston DDR3 RAM
MSI ATI Radeon 4870

I'm having the same BSOD errors even after doing the following:

1. I Replaced the Hard drive, and did fresh reinstall of Windows on it.
2. I Replaced the RAM
3. I Replaced VideoCard to Radeon 6870..Still had issues so went back to old one and still having these issues.

Attached is the BSOD memdump files via Dump and Sys file collection app

I am left to think my motherboard or CPU is at fault since I've used the process of elimination on the rest of the hardware..Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You are using the old version of the asus tune up utility.
You can either try replacing the utility. OR since I actually have an asus board myself I can just give you an updated version of the driver file for you to drop into c:\windows\system32
Which should at least be enough to stop the crashing.
Personally I suggest removing the util and pasting in the newer driver version afterwards just to be safe.

Needless to say the version you have there doesn't even work right with xp, let alone win 7.

If it doesn't show up in programs and features, it's possible the system attempted to install the driver of it's own accord. There is actually a tiny device on the motherboard that it supports.

Just pasting over the old one with the new one has actually fixed this for others in the past.(you may need to start in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/69585-safe-mode.html to paste the file)

Yeah, before I fixed it on my old striker extreme asus board, the crashes would generally happen within 24 hours. ...and your system seems about the same judging by the time stamps on the memory dumps.

Same one, only this one caused by the win32k.sys driver, last one was the ntoskrnl.exe driver

Might want to update your ESET smart security. Yours is 2+ years old.

You appear to have some sort of animated cursor. It is causing fits.

No problem. I was just passing by and noticed. (I have ESS as well). Follow Maguscreed suggestions as he is quite good at this.

Yeah, the outdated av could be causing a lot of problems.
...heck sometimes they cause problems when they are up to date.
Though ESET is one of the better ones in that regard.

Well, since Sunday no bluescreen until today..Happened while watching a flash video
BSOD code was 0x00000019 caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe. I've attached a fresh copy of Dump & System File Collection folder to help.

I'm not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Possibly Solved?

I realized my antec 620 power connection was connected to a 3 pin connection called
CHA_FAN 1 on the motherboard. I did that because the orginal connection for the old cpu fan was a 4 pin..Today I realised this connection is also meant for accomadating a 3 pin connection. Could the fact I had the CPU sink hooked up to the wrong MB connection have caused the BSOD's..Did i do permanent damage?

No way to tell other than by using iy. I suspect it wasnt damaged if it is still working but it could have been the source of the BSOD's. Only time will tell

I ordered a new motherboard just now, wanted an updated one anyway. If that solves the problem it would make sense considering the randomness of the BSOD's.
I've used the process of elimination by replacing parts on this machine from a previous build. The motherboard was replaced with a refurbished one, plus a new case, psu, cooling system.
The CPU is the only part from the original first build 2 years ago. It's passed intel burn test many times. I wonder if it still could be the culprit? I'll at least know definitively after installing the new board.

You will know one way or another.
