Win7 x64 - BSOD with ntoskrnl and dxgkrnl

Hi,

I got BSOD many times, mostly at movies. I've reinstalled the VGA driver, tried with different versions, including the factory version, tried to refresh the DirectX, nothing changes.

This is a new (2-weeks old) config:

MB: GigaByte 990fxa-d3
Proc: AMD Phenom II 970 black
RAM: 8gb amd performance
VGA: Sapphire HD6850 1gb

Windows is on a 64GB SSD, I didn't have to reinstall it, only the drivers.

I've attached the neccessery dump files, performance test results and a BSOD Viewer summary as well.

Could someone help me? Thanks in advance!

Primary issue is your directx causing memory exceptions

Diagnosing basic problems with DirectX

Co-incidental issues include.

AODDriver2.sys
AppleCharger.sys These are both known causes of BSOD's

If these and JMH's suggestions dont cure the issue please upload any new dmp.

> McAfee is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!

http://download.mcafee.com/products/...tches/MCPR.exe

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

> Your crashes were related to dtsoftbus01.sys Virtual Bus Driver from DT Soft Ltd.
Please remove.

the Applecharger.sys belongs to a gigabyte tool called "ON/OFF" , it is for charging apple products like iphones and ipods, it was giving me a lot of bsods till i found it one day with driver verifier and got rid of it.

Still not good.

I've reinstalled the win7, no McAfee, no applecharger... maybe the Daemon Tools is the killer.

A new dump file is attached. After the bsod I've removed the DT.

Hi.

Download and install the new version of Driver Sweeper.

Download the most recent software\driver for your gpu AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

Uninstall amd software\driver,restart in safe mode, run driver sweeper, choose only AMD-Display and clean, restart in normal mode.

Install the new amd software\driver,restart.

Update DirectX

Read carefully the instructions, run NVIDIA/AMD Video Card - Test with OCCT and post here the results.
During the test\stress monitor your GPU temperatures. If you see artifacts, or the temperature of your GPU exceeds 80C, stop the test.

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Let it run until at least 9 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.

Finish and post back.

Hi again,

It took me a while I was able to run the memory test.
I did memtest 86, pass 9 with no errors, I also checked with the Win7 mem test, also no errors.

Since I have AMD card the video card memory test is unavailable for me in OCCT.

I've followed the steps for the driver.

I noticed that the BS comes whe I play some facebook game. Could it be because of the flash? The last two crash happened when I launched the game.
I use mozzilla firefox 11.0
