If you follow the http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html and provide us with your Dell model, that will be all the info we need to help you find the correct driver.

This is what it says my computer is on the dell website. I'm not sure which model my dell is exactly, and I checked through the system info program you gave me. If this isn't right I can try to find something else. I apologize for the inconvenience, and am not exactly computer savvy.

Alright, now we know which Dell you have, so that is a good start. Now, follow the http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html so we can see what network adapter devices are installed. Then we can go to the Dell support site for your model and find the updates for those devices.

It does not appear the instructions were followed as closely as they could have been. We need you to run the jcgriff executable given in those instructions I linked to in my last post.

I downloaded it and installed it, because apparently it wasn't installed. I'll see if just downloading it fixed my problem. If not, I'll figure out what else I need to fix. Thanks for the help

I will, but I just restarted it after installing the driver and stuff, and my internet connected right off the bat. Usually I have to wait 20 seconds or so and diagnose connectivity problems. Hopefully this means it's fixed
Thanks again, and sorry for all the trouble!
