75 C is not that hot, so I do not think the temperature is causing the freezes. This is looking more and more like a RAM problem. See how the Video memory checks out after seven passes. Also, we should check the RAM settings:
    • Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.

Also, go into your BIOS and post all Voltages (CPU, RAM, NB, IMC, etc.) and all RAM settings (timings, frequency, etc.)

Thanks to Dave76 for help learning RAM Stability

I ran 14 passes of the video memory test and no errors showed up. Another point to take note is that it seems to crash a lot more when i dont have my air conditioning on i.e. when the room is a lot hotter.

Well i cleaned up my CPU fan again and applied new thermal paste on my chip and the temperature has gone from like 50 to 60+ C on my chip to 40 to 50 C on my chip now. Maybe overheating might have been a cause so im trying to eliminate it as a factor.

Max temperature of that processor appears to be 71 C: AMD Processors for Desktops: AMD Phenom

Let us know how the system responds now that it runs cooler.
