Make sure your Windows installation is working as it should:
  • Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker up to three times to fix all errors with a restart in between each. Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations.

It did not show any integrity violations after the first run .

One more thing I went into Safe mode to uninstall that 1030 driver. After that in safe mode itself i tried installing the downloaded driver but an error came regarding some installation not permitted. So i switched back to normal mode and tried installing that downloaded driver after which that 1722 Error came up.

Also when i went back to Device Manager--->Network Adapters i see Inter 1030 Driver being showed up again

After i have uninstalled it it should get displayed ryt?

Windows will install it on startup. That was one of the things I was worried about. Can you now uninstall it and delete the driver software via the check box in normal mode without it becoming unresponsive?

No, don't restart this time. Just run the update installer and then see how the system responds. I guess ignore the error you get at the end for now...

Also i have restarted my system and now i m unable to c Inter 1030 option in network adapters . I hope i have that driver in my driver CD which these people have given me wen i bought this lappy

Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States] should contain the original driver.
