    BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x000000D1

Hi my aunts computer recently started running into this problem so i offered to take a look and ran into this issue over and over hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

    computer:
    Gatedway DX4320
    Windows 7 64bit home premium
    6 gig ram

I attached the dump files as requested but system would not allow me to run "system health report". I got an error message saying "an error occured while attempting to generate the report. the interface is unknown"

You will need to update ahcix64s.sys from the link below.
    AMD Support Search

You will also need to update any other drivers you can think of including chipset, graphics & audio.

Make sure all Windows updates are installed including the latest Service Pack.

Enable Driver Verifier. Enabling this should hopefully crash your system and then point to the faulty driver that is causing problems. However before you do, it is advised that you create a system restore point and backup first.

updated audio and video drivers and still getting same BSOD. also as far as updating the ahcix64s.sys i replaced it in the system32/driver folder with the one i got from amd site. is that all i needed to do to update that? Still kept going BSOD on me. Although about half the time it just freezes and doesnt BSOD so i have to just long hold the power button to get it to restart. So I also ran driver verifier and got it to BSOD after setting that up. But I could not run the BSOD dump and system file collection app. because comp will only run 3-5 minutes before it either BSOD or freezes completly and is unresponsive. I was able to pull off the most recent .dmp files and will attach to this post. hopefully that is of some use? thanks again for the help. sorry if i miss/did anything way wrong this is not exactly my strong suit.

could i just put these .dmp files in the proper folder on my desktop and run the BSOD system file collection app and post it here? or would that not work?

You can just upload the dump file as is, there's no need to use the collection app.

As for the dump file, it's still pointing to the same driver. Can you post your system specs specifically please?
